The staff is really polite and service oriented.

The service was good, If we wanted anything they brought it to us, Also when we got there and discovered that the pool was closed ( the main reason for booking it ) they did upgrade us as a consolation, and when we discovered that the beach at Playa Lanzada was nearby and lovely and decided to stay another night to enjoy the beach we stayed in our upgraded room for the same initial price. Much appreciated as a gesture.
I think the the hotel and Booked.net need to be in updated contact ie: it should have been on the website that the pool was closed and probably hadn't been operational for months - it was completely covered in algae.

The location was good for travelling around and having a garage conected via private stair case was great. The room itself was very large and clean and our daughters room even had a hydro bath.
Beware if you have children that there is a 24 hour adult channel. You need a car to get to any resturant or bar.

It is a nice hotel, in a nice place and with nice people. The room was very comfortable and also was the bathroom.
They forgot to wake up us in the morning and the did not conect the air conditioned the first day.
